3. After the deposit is paid, I’ll send a simple deliverables contract.

4. Then we shoot, I edit, and your ready-to-post content is delivered via Drive, organized, and easy to access.

Photography + Content Policies

By booking content creation services with Marketing By Mackenzie, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This serves as a binding agreement between you (the Client) and Marketing By Mackenzie (the Contractor).

1. Booking & Payment

Each shoot requires a $150 non-refundable deposit.
Payment is taken 3 days before the shoot.
No content will be delivered until payment is received in full.
Late payments or failure to pay may result in cancellation or rescheduling with an additional fee.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost if requested more than 72 hours in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full forfeiture of payment.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive on time, fully prepared with any necessary outfits, props, and shot lists.
Your scheduled time begins at the agreed start time, not upon arrival.
If additional time is needed beyond the agreed duration, it must be arranged in advance and will be billed accordingly.

4. A La Carte Add-Ons

Packages include a set number of photos and videos. Additional content may be added at the following rates:
- $100 per additional video
- $5 per additional photo
Add-on content must be paid for before delivery.

5. Creative Direction & Delivery

When booking with Marketing By Mackenzie, you acknowledge that you are hiring a creative professional with experience in content strategy, branding, and visual storytelling.
While your vision and input are valued, creative direction during the session will be led by Mackenzie to ensure high-quality, strategic results.
Final edited content will be delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise discussed.
Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee starting at $100.
Clients may not alter, edit, or retouch delivered images in any way.
Raw, unedited files will never be given under any circumstances.

6. Usage Rights

Clients are granted full usage rights for social media and digital marketing purposes.
All Images are owned by Marketing By Mackenzie LLC.
Credit to @marketingbymackenzie must be provided when posting content publicly.
Commercial use, such as in paid advertisements, resale, or print campaigns, may require extended licensing. Please disclose intended usage prior to the shoot.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of creative services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for unused content, stylistic preferences, or outcomes if the session proceeded as planned.
Pre-shoot planning is encouraged to ensure alignment and satisfaction with your final deliverables.

8. Branding Photos – Studio Guidelines

For any branding sessions held at Studio C (or similar studio locations), please note:
- No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are part of the shoot and approved in advance.
- Please respect the studio space and all equipment. Disrespectful or careless behavior may result in early termination of the session.
- The space is shared and maintained professionally—treat it with the same care as your business deserves.
- Overscheduling on time will result in $80 fee.

9. Agreement Confirmation

By booking a service with Marketing By Mackenzie, you confirm that you have read and agree to the policies outlined in this agreement. Your email confirmation or typed “I Agree” on intake forms serves as your formal acceptance of these terms.
