Payment Policy Reminder

Payment confirms and secures your shoot date and is due 3 days before the shoot date. Failure to pay will lead to the cancellation of the shoot.

Studio C Policies & Reminders

Studio C maintains strict cleanliness policies to ensure the space stays professional and photo-ready for every client.

No shoes inside the studio. If you plan to wear shoes for your shoot, please bring them with you—clean and ready to use.
Before stepping onto any backdrops, please wipe and inspect your shoes to avoid dirt transfer.
No children are allowed inside the studio during shoots.
Arrival: Please meet me at the studio door at your scheduled start time.

Marketing By Mackenzie — Booking Agreement

By booking with Marketing By Mackenzie, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined by the business. This includes your selected package, pricing, and all policies listed on my website.

Additional edited photos may be purchased separately for $5 each.
Late arrivals: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled without refund.
Payment policy: All shoots must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to your scheduled shoot date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment.
Studio time limit: Your session cannot extend beyond the allotted time. If the shoot exceeds your scheduled duration by more than 10 minutes, an $80 studio overtime fee will be charged.
Food policy: No food is allowed in the studio unless pre-approved and scheduled prior to your shoot.
Respect policy: By booking, you agree to respect the studio space, my creative direction, and treat both Studio C and Marketing By Mackenzie with professionalism and care.

Tips & Reminders

For sessions of 2+ hours, use the Diamond Garage to avoid street parking time limits.
Street parking is free but closely enforced—check posted signs.
Be cautious of "hooded meters" or posted no-parking zones along Court C—some areas prohibit parking.
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early, allowing enough time to park and enter the building smoothly.

POLICIES

By booking services with Marketing By Mackenzie, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

Payment is due 3 days before your session.
No content is delivered until payment is received.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or added fees.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
One reschedule allowed if requested 72+ hours in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit full payment.

3. Client Responsibility

Arrive on time and prepared with outfits and props.
Sessions start at the scheduled time.
Extra time must be arranged in advance and billed separately.

4. Add-Ons

$50 per additional reel
$15 per additional photo
Extra photos beyond your package total may also be purchased at $15 each.
Add-ons must be paid in full before delivery.

5. Creative Direction & Delivery

Mackenzie leads creative direction to ensure quality and strategy.
Edited content delivered in 2–3 weeks (rush available from $100).
Raw files are never released.
Clients may not alter, edit, or retouch delivered images in any way.

6. Usage Rights

Clients may use content for social media + digital marketing.
All content remains the property of Marketing By Mackenzie LLC.
Public posts require credit to @marketingbymackenzie.
Contractor reserves the right to use images for advertising, marketing, and portfolio purposes.
Commercial use (ads, resale, print) may need extended licensing.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds for unused content, style preferences, or outcomes if the session went as planned.

8. Studio Guidelines

No children or extra guests unless approved in advance.
Respect the studio and equipment; careless behavior may end the session.
By booking, clients also agree to abide by all Studio C policies when sessions are held there.

9. Agreement Confirmation

By booking, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these policies. Email confirmation or “I Agree” on intake forms serves as acceptance.
