The Client

The Coffee Oasis is a local coffee shop building a community around great coffee and genuine connection. When we partnered together, they had an established Facebook presence but an underleveraged Instagram and no TikTok presence at all. The opportunity? Take what people already loved about this shop in real life and make it impossible to scroll past online.

The Challenge

The Coffee Oasis had the heart of a great brand but they just needed a consistent, strategic content presence to match. No TikTok. Inconsistent Reels. Reach that wasn't growing. We set out to change all three, organically, across every platform.

What We Did

We built a video-first, multi-platform content strategy centered around short-form video, behind-the-scenes storytelling, product showcases, seasonal content, and community moments. We increased posting frequency significantly — scaling to 10 Reels and 13 posts in a single month — and launched a brand-new TikTok account from scratch. Every piece of content was crafted to perform organically and reach new audiences beyond their existing followers.

Instagram

  • 15,529 views in March → 14,931 in April — sustained high performance

  • Accounts reached grew +100.9% month over month

  • 48.4% of views coming from non-followers — new audience actively discovering the brand

  • Profile activity up +23.6%, external link taps up +170%

  • Top single Reel: 17,000 views

 

Facebook

  • 40,115 views in March → 41,274 in April — continued growth

  • Facebook viewers up +27.5%

  • Reels drove 58.9% of all Facebook engagement — video-first strategy confirmed

  • $0.09 cost-per-click on boosted content (industry average: $1–$2)

 

TikTok 

  • 9,040 post views in the very first month

  • +2,681.5% view growth month over month

  • 93.6% of views coming directly from the For You Page — the algorithm loved it

  • 319 total followers built organically in under 2 months

  • Likes grew +6,018.2%

The Takeaway

In less than 3 months, The Coffee Oasis went from a static social presence to a growing, engaged, multi-platform community — with TikTok exploding onto the scene, Instagram reaching brand-new audiences every week, and Facebook consistently delivering tens of thousands of views. All organically.
